What are your shipping timelines?
Luxor Hair Collection ships worldwide to all of our beautiful customers. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. It will take 1-2 business days to process your order.
United States 5-7 business days
Canada 5-7 business days
International 5-15 business days

Customs & Duties
In some countries, duties and customs may incur upon the arrival of your order. These fees are not collected by Luxor Hair Collection and are paid to your government or carrier.
Customs and duty fees are not included in our prices and are not applicable for a refund, even if at the time of delivery the package is refused. We recommend you contact your country’s tax agent or customs office as we cannot advise on the amount of fees, rates or charges on a package.
We utilize DHL as one of our shipping carriers. DHL pays for any taxes or duties as soon as your package enters the country. To ensure a speedy delivery, DHL pays for these fees on your behalf. Your goods are released to you upon repayment in full on any taxes or duties that were paid by DHL on your behalf. In some instances, you may receive an invoice from DHL after your package has been delivered. This invoice would include the charges they have paid as well as an admin fee.
Do you have an exchange or refund policy?
Yes. Luxor Hair Collection offers an exchange and a refund policy that is valid up to 7 days after your order. We are more than happy to accept your exchange for all unopened items. If an item has been opened, tampered or worn, we will not honor your exchange due to hygienic reasons.

If I open my Luxor Hair Collection extensions and remove them from the packaging, can I still return or exchange them?
Unfortunately, once you remove your Luxor Hair Extensions from the packaging, they cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to hygienic reasons, we will not be able to accept an item once it has been opened.
Do I have to pay for the shipping for returned or exchanged items?
Yes. For all returns or exchanges, you are responsible for paying for the shipping cost. It is highly recommended that a tracking number is included with your returned/exchanged item as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Please also indicate on your package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid your package being returned back to you.
How do I return an item?
You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 7 day return policy period. Luxor Hair Collection Extensions must be returned unopened, unworn and not damaged in any way. You must also include your invoice with your return shipment. Upon successful inspection of an unopened item you will be issued a refund. Any opened, worn or tampered items will not be issued a refund.
How can I exchange my Luxor Hair Collection Extensions for the right color shade?
You must first be approved and qualify for an exchange. Email us at email@example.com for our return shipping address to one of our facilities. Remember to include a copy of your invoice with your exchange. We do not accept any opened, used or tampered items.
